IronArch awarded three year, $13.8m prime contract for Automated 508 Compliance Scanning at the Department of Veterans Affairs.McLean, VA; August 9, 2022- IronArch is proud to have been awarded a three-year, $13.8M contract by VA’s Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Development, Security, & Operations (DSO), Software Product Management (SPM), Software Testing and 508, Section 508 Office. Under this award, IronArch will support critical initiatives including providing technical guidance for development of accessible software, conformance testing solutions, and innovative strategies for implementing the goals and objectives of the Section 508 legislation. We will deploy our partner LevelAccess’s AMP automated testing tool, perform audits, conduct enterprise automated and manual testing, and offer extensive surge support for additional sites and training content across the agency. Due to the VA’s extensive digital footprint, we anticipate providing automated and manual testing for thousands of web sites, digital documents, mobile applications, eLearning courses, and SharePoint sites each year.
