Experience abounds as IronArch focuses on recruiting and retention

McLean, VA; September 28, 2021 – With over 14 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) engineering services industry, Kimberly Rogers joins IronArch Technology’s (IAT) executive team as Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategy. In this role, Rogers will lead, develop and execute the overall talent acquisition and retention strategy for the company.  Kim, a graduate of George Mason University, has held key leadership roles in the areas of strategic Talent Management, Business Development, Program Management, and Pipeline and Proposal Development for several award-winning, growth-focused companies such as InCadence Strategic Solutions and Oberon Associates, respectively. At InCadence, Kim was an integral part of the leadership team from the company start-up phase through the rapid growth and eventual acquisition in 2020.
