The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded IronArch a task order to support enterprise workforce planning, organizational alignment, and modernization efforts through the Workforce Assessment for VA OIT Excellence (WAVE) initiative.
About This Award
IronArch Technology, a digital services and modernization provider serving the federal government, has been awarded an OASIS+ SDVOSB task order supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Workforce Assessment for VA OIT Excellence (WAVE) initiative.
Under the award, IronArch will lead an integrated effort to assess VA OIT's future workforce demand, current capabilities, workforce gaps, and organizational readiness while providing data-driven recommendations to align workforce investments with mission priorities and modernization objectives.
IronArch brings a multidisciplinary team that combines workforce planning and organizational strategy expertise with operational modernization and enterprise transformation capabilities.
Through WAVE, Team IronArch will help VA OIT better align workforce capabilities, operational priorities, and enterprise modernization efforts in support of long-term mission delivery. The effort will provide VA leadership with a defensible, enterprise-level view of workforce needs while enabling faster, data-informed decisions around organizational readiness, operational planning, modernization priorities, and long-term mission execution.
The initiative will provide VA leadership with validated workforce demand models, capability assessments, scenario-based planning, workforce gap analyses, and actionable human capital recommendations that support informed investment and organizational planning decisions.
