This award expands Peregrine’s mission-critical support of VA’s digital health and access platforms, reinforcing our commitment to delivering agile, modern digital service solutions for VA communities through the SPRUCE contract ecosystem.
Under this contract, Team Peregrine will deliver product strategy, design, development, delivery, and accessibility support for the enterprise-wide, remote telehealth platform used by more than 7 million Veterans nationwide. The MHV platform is a cornerstone of VA’s digital transformation, enabling Veterans to engage with their care teams, refill prescriptions, schedule appointments, and access medical records—anytime, anywhere.
“Veteran healthcare should be as seamless as possible. This award strengthens Peregrine’s position as a trusted partner in modernizing VA’s digital health ecosystem,” said Joe Punaro, CEO of IronArch Technology. “The MHV platform is foundational to how Veterans manage their health, and we’re proud to help VA modernize and enhance this experience for Veterans.”
Agile Six, DocMe360, Oddcore, and Inroads will join the effort as subcontractors. Together, Team Peregrine, powered by decades of Veteran, design, and digital services expertise, will leverage open-source technology, agile delivery, and human-centered design methodologies to meet VA’s goals of accessible, secure, and scalable telehealth.
This award builds on Peregrine’s ongoing support of VA through Resilient Improvements to Systems and Experience (RISE) and VA.gov Transition Experience, reflecting the team’s continued impact in delivering real, measurable results for Veterans and their families.
