Jeremy Duarte Joins IronArch as Vice President of Employee Experience and Culture

Jeremy Duarte joins the IronArch Technology executive team with nearly 20 years in talent acquisition and human resources. Jeremy’s “People First” mindset will support the IronArch culture that CEO Joe Punaro and team have fostered for almost a decade.

Prior to IronArch, Jeremy was Human Resources Director at Peraton but spent most of his career at Solers, a small business that grew to 400 employees during his twelve years with the company.
