The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has named Peregrine Digital Services to a prime spot on the SPRUCE contract vehicle. Peregrine is a Joint Venture between IronArch Technology and Ad Hoc.

Peregrine Digital Services LLC, a joint venture formed by IronArch Technology and Ad Hoc LLC, has won a prime spot on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secure, Performant, Reliable, and User-Centered Experiences (SPRUCE) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.

This 5-year vehicle, with a ceiling of $2.4 billion, will support VA as it continues to deliver exceptional user experiences and high-quality digital products to VA’s internal and external users. Ad Hoc and IronArch Technology are honored to continue our long support of the VA’s mission and the Veterans the VA serves through this vehicle.

IronArch Technology formed Peregrine Digital Services, a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture with Ad Hoc to bring our unique combination of skills and experience to government digital services. Together, IronArch and Ad Hoc bring deep experience in modern digital services, cloud migration, platform services, and IT service management along with extensive experience serving VA customers.

“As a combat Veteran, I’m honored that the VA has chosen IronArch and our partners at Ad Hoc to have a place on the SPRUCE vehicle,” said IronArch CEO and Founder Joe Punaro. “This vehicle gives Peregrine an excellent opportunity to bring our expertise and dedication to the mission of the VA to a wide range of programs across the agency. We can’t wait to get started in supporting our customers and serving Veterans across the country.”
