IronArch Technology Names Board of Advisors

Industry veterans to help guide company into next phase of growth

MCLEAN, VA – September 15, 2016 – Federal government consultancy and IT services firm, IronArch Technology, today announced the formation of a board of advisors. The initial members of the board are Bill Milligan, Tim Keenan, and Arnold Punaro.

Milligan brings over 30 years financial management experience to his role on the board. He has held CFO position at Capstone, FCI Federal, Blue Canopy, HPTi, Anystream, and MRJ Technology Solutions. At HPTi, Mr. Milligan was part of the executive management team that helped to build the company to $115M and 500 employees before it was sold to DRC (now Engility) in 2011 for $143M.

Keenan was the co-founder and CEO of HPTi where, working with Milligan on the executive team, he drove the incredible organic growth of the company that culminated in the sale to DRC in 2011. Since then, Keenan has been an active advisor, helping companies in the government services space realize their growth goals.

Punaro will step back from his CEO role, but will remain active with the company, sitting on the board to bring his business, legislative, and military experience to bear on guiding the next phase of growth for the company. A retired Marine Corps Major General, Punaro was an EVP with SAIC and served as staff director for the Senate Armed Services Committee before founding IronArch.
