IronArch Technology Makes Inc.’s National List of Best Places to Work for the Second Year in a Row

McLean, VA; May 13, 2022

IronArch Technology has been recognized on Inc magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list to be featured in the May/June 2022 issue, which will hit newsstands on May 17, 2022. This is the second consecutive year that IronArch has made Inc.’s list. This year, 475 of the best workplaces were chosen among thousands of submissions. This award, unlike others, comes directly from the company’s employees responding anonymously to a survey. The survey results and a review of employee benefits offered determined that IronArch is one of the best places to work in America.

“I could not be more thrilled to make this list again. Being recognized on a national level by your own team is, in my opinion, one of the greatest compliments we can receive. We look forward to continuing to make IronArch Technology a great place to work,” said IronArch CEO, Joe Punaro.

This is not the first organization to recognize IronArch as a Best Place to Work. The Washington Business Journal has recognized IronArch as A Best Place to Work five times.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to contribute to IronArch’s employee experience. Joe Punaro, the leadership team, and all our wonderful people truly make IronArch Technology a best place to work,” said IronArch Senior Employee Experience and Culture Associate, Zeljana Timms.

In addition to their “People First” culture, medical, dental and 401k, IronArch benefits also include reimbursement for monthly gym expenses and race entries as well as a charitable contribution match. With a world-class culture and industry-leading benefits, it is no surprise that IronArch has been named one of the “Best Places to Work”.
