IronArch Technology Named Best Place to Work For Second Year in a Row
Company named to list for second year in a row
MCLEAN, VA – May 23, 2017 – IronArch Technology has been named to the Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for 2017 in the small business category. This is the second year in a row IronArch has been awarded a place on the list that honors companies that prioritize employee culture and satisfaction. Finalists are chosen through the results of an anonymous employee survey.
IronArch is a four-year old consultancy and IT services firm focused on the federal government. As the company experiences organic growth through new contract wins, they remain committed to taking on meaningful and challenging projects while building a collegial work environment. Communication and feedback play a huge role in building this environment among the distributed team working mainly on client sites. IronArch distributes quarterly newsletters as well as regular group and personal communication from the president. The company conducts “stay interviews” that help get the pulse of employees and plot out their path forward with the company. Employees come together to participate in a number of company social events including happy hours and sporting events. As a Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), IronArch puts a priority on recruiting veterans.
“I am so proud to have our company recognized again as a great place to work,” said Joe Punaro, President of IronArch. “This award shows that even through our growth we are maintaining a culture where employees feel involved and invested in the company and in our customers.”
The final ranking of the Best Places to Work finalists will happen on June 22 at an awards event at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater.
