IronArch Technology Earns ISO 20000 Certification
Certification illustrates company’s focus on quality and industry best practices

McLean, VA; August 16, 2019 – IronArch Technology has achieved certification under the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). ISO/IEC 20000 is a worldwide standard for ITSM. It describes an integrated set of standardized management processes for the effective delivery of IT services. As part of the certification process, IronArch underwent a comprehensive audit of its service management system including management responsibility, governance of processes operated by others, documentation management, resource management, and continuous improvement.

IronArch adds this certification to the ISO 9001:2015 certification it has held for the past three years.
