Caron Ward Joins IronArch Technology as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience & Delivery Engagement

New position ensures continued focus on exemplary customer service as company grows

McLean, VA; April 12, 2021 – IronArch Technology, a leader in IT Modernization & Operations and Management Consulting, today announced that Caron Ward will join the company’s executive team as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience & Delivery Engagement. In this role, Ms. Ward will direct the customer service philosophy and process for teams across IronArch. She will facilitate hand offs between sales and delivery teams and act as the escalation point for all IronArch project leaders.

Ms. Ward has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and Hewlett-Packard, leading large, multi-national project teams in delivering complex system integration. Most recently she led the Program & Implementation Management practice of LMI. She has managed a large-scale IT transformation program for the U.S. Army and supported various engagements within the DoD, GSA, DHS, and other federal agencies.
