CEO and Founder of IronArch Technology

Joe Punaro is the CEO and Founder of IronArch Technology, a decorated combat Veteran, and former U.S. Marine platoon commander. Joe has numerous military decorations, including the Combat Action Ribbon and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat Distinguishing Device “V”.  Guided by a leadership philosophy rooted in servant leadership, integrity, and "knowing your Marines,” Joe founded IronArch to solve hard national security and technology problems with people who care deeply about mission, accountability, and impact.


His military experience continues to shape IronArch’s award-winning people-first culture and commitment to mission success. Under his leadership, IronArch has become recognized for operational rigor, agile solutions, and innovation, while maintaining a workforce composed of more than 35% Veterans. Joe was honored with the SECAF Government Contracting Award for Executive of the Year (<$25M), and IronArch was recently named an OrangeSlices Elev8 X winner in Operational Excellence.
