Peregrine Digital Services Awarded SPRUCE VA.gov Transition Experience Contract

Peregrine Digital Services, a mentor-protege joint venture (MPJV) between IronArch Technology and Ad Hoc, has been awarded the VA.gov Transition Experience contract on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secure, Performant, Reliant, and User-Centered Experiences (SPRUCE) contract vehicle.  
Team Peregrine will provide product strategy, user experience, software development, research and content strategy to inform and craft a product experience that empowers transitioning servicemembers and recently separated Veterans at critical moments in their journey from service to civilian.  

“The transition from military service to civilian life and Veteran status can be a difficult and emotional journey. A secure, trauma-informed approach to developing modern solutions that make this change as comfortable as possible will help ensure no one misses out on the support and resources they've earned,” said Joe Punaro, CEO of IronArch and a US Marine Corps Veteran.  

IronArch has spent more than a decade providing technology and cloud modernization in service of critical military needs for the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. At VA, we’ve provided cloud support since 2018. In the next phase of our mission, we’re expanding our support of the VA with digital services capabilities.  

Team Peregrine has previously been awarded the Resilient Improvements to Systems and Experience (RISE) contract at VA.
